Muzigae Mansion is a viral Korean cosmetics brand known for its distinctive vision and innovative product design. For the holiday season, Shinoh designed a special pop-up event at The Hyundai Seoul, reimagining the space as a jewelry boutique with a surreal twist.
Set within a compact 6m x 5.3m footprint, the existing site included a prominent structural column and a built-in fitting room. Rather than treating these as constraints, Shinoh used them as spatial anchors—placing all branded elements around the fitting room to create a distinction between mass and openness.
Every element in the space was designed to deepen brand storytelling: from product display fixtures modeled after the form of the new release, to the photo booth with beaded curtains, to limited-edition shopping bags designed exclusively for the event. Promoters guided visitors through the experience with boutique-style hospitality, offering detailed product explanations and reinforcing the sense of being welcomed into a fantastical retail universe.
