Located in Bundang’s Jeongja-dong district, this apartment was originally built in the early 2000s. Over time, the materials had aged and the layout no longer reflected the needs of contemporary living. The spaces felt segmented and inefficient, with limited connection to the surrounding landscape.
Shinoh redesigned the interior to align with current lifestyles—improving circulation and rethinking spatial organization for daily comfort. A unified palette of warm-toned materials was introduced, supporting both visual continuity and a calm atmosphere throughout the home.
The apartment offered a clear view of Mt. Gwanggyo, but the existing window frames scattered the sightlines with unnecessary lines. Shinoh refined the framing to reduce visual clutter and bring the landscape more directly into the interior.
