The third location of Gordon Ramsay Street Burger opened inside the newly renovated Suwon Time Villas. Tucked into a long, narrow corridor that ends in a large, light-filled window, the site presented both opportunities and constraints. In accordance with brand standards, kitchen layout took priority, which resulted in a guest flow shaped like a sharp "L".
Shinoh maintained brand continuity through the use of signature materials while adapting the interior layout to fit the site's geometry. Custom seating and lighting fixtures were developed to enhance usability within the limited footprint, introducing subtle design elements unique to the Suwon branch.
A key highlight is the brand wall created in collaboration with Assembly Loop Lab (Pratt Institute, NYC). Using UV tile printing technology, the wall blends graphic experimentation with durable materiality—marking Suwon as a point of innovation within the broader franchise identity.
